Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 cucumber, diced, 1 tomato, diced and 1 c. boiled macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil shrimp in wine for 5 minutes and peel. Sprinkle onion with wine, vinegar and black pepper. Drain macaroni and add shrimp, onion, cucumber and tomato together.
Mix with mayonnaise. You may want to add a little more vinegar to mixture to suit your taste.
