Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cooked macaroni, 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, 1 c. celery, coarsely chopped, 2 eggs, hard-boiled and coarsely chopped and 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chill shrimp; reserve a few nice shrimp and toss the remainder with celery, eggs, macaroni and pickle.
Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss with shrimp mixture.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with reserved shrimp and additional egg (if desired).
