Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pound shrimp, (peeled, deveined, and cooked), 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 10 green olives, sliced and 2 tbsp. chopped white onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make sure shrimp is cleaned well.
If the shrimp are large, cut in half.
Chop egg and add to shrimp in large bowl.
Add celery, olives and onions.
Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Mix in mustard and mix gently.
You may add a little cooked rice if you don't have enough shrimp.
Refrigerate.
Serve chilled. Serves 4.
