Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, cooked or 2 (5 oz.) cans, cleaned, 1 c. celery, coarsely chopped, 2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped, 3 tbsp. dill pickles, diced and 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chill shrimp and if large, cut in halves or quarters.
Toss together shrimp which has been combined with lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Serve on lettuce and salad greens. Garnish top with shrimp and eggs.
