Shrimp Rolls
Shrimp Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sliced bacon, 2 c. bisquick mix, 4 eggs or 1 c. egg substitute, 1/4 c. milk and garlic salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut bacon in half while in the package. Set aside.
Mix Bisquick with eggs, milk and spices. Stir in shrimp last. Separate cold bacon slices.
Put 1 spoonful of mixture on the end of 1/2 slice of bacon. Roll up individually. Brown in skillet in hot oil. Serve hot or cold.
