Shrimp Ring
Shrimp Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes plain gelatin, 2 small cans broken shrimp, 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Let stand while bringing soup to a boil.
Add cream cheese to soup and stir to dissolve.
Stir in gelatin (will be firming up by now).
Let cool for about 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients except shrimp.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let stand in refrigerator for another 5 minutes.
Add broken shrimp and pour into well-oiled mold. (Plastic or Tupperware molds may not need to be oiled.)
Tastes best if made the day before and allowed to season through.
Serve on Wheatsworth crackers and enjoy!!!
