Shrimp Perleau
Shrimp Perleau is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled, 4 slices bacon, cut small, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. sliced celery and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up shrimp, if large.
Fry bacon in pan.
Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
Cover and cook on low heat until tender.
Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
Cook 6 minutes.
Add cooked rice.
Stir well to mix.
Will serve 6.
