Shrimp Pâté

Shrimp Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 (4 1/2 to 5 oz.) jars or cans shrimp, 1 onion, minced fine, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/3 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Drain and mash shrimp with a potato masher.

Add the onion. Melt the butter and pour over the shrimp and mix well.

Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

This should be a rather thick paste.

Pack firmly into a 3-cup mold.

Chill several hours until firm.

Turn it out onto serving plate.

Serve with crackers.
