Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined, 1 stick margarine, 2 lemons, 2 packets or 2 heaping tsp. chicken bouillon and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
SautΓ© shrimp in margarine and juice of 2 lemons. Add chicken bouillon and water. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 cups of milk. Add to shrimp mixture and cook until thickened. Add Morton's seasoning and then
Add Monterey Jack cheese. Cook on low until cheese melts. Serve over spaghetti which has been cooked according to package directions and drained.
