Shrimp Party Ring
Shrimp Party Ring is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. gelatin, 1 c. consomme, 8 oz. cream cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 2 cans orleans shrimp (cocktail, small, medium), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme.
Heat remaining consomme; add softened gelatin to dissolve.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a wooden spoon until well blended.
Add cooled consomme and all other ingredients.
Place in a lightly greased 2-quart ring mold or fish mold.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce with French dressing.
Can be prepared the day before serving.
