Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 envelope unflavored knox gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring tomato soup to a boil in a saucepan.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water in a bowl.
In a another bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Add gelatin mixture to tomato soup, then add cream cheese mixture.
Mix well and then add celery, onions and shrimp.
Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with crackers.
