Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with shrimp (small, whole), drained or 1/2 lb. fresh, celery to taste, c. water, tomato soup and (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix Knox gelatin and 1/2 cup water first and set aside.
Heat tomato soup and blend with cream cheese. Add all ingredients. Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with favorite crackers, etc. or may be served as a salad.
