Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 3 small pkg. cream cheese, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. water and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring undiluted soup to boil.
Melt cheese in soup.
Dissolve gelatin in water at room temperature.
Add gelatin mixture to soup mixture; let cool.
Add all other ingredients, except shrimp.
Let cool in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and pour into a well-greased mold.
