Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 2 cans small shrimp, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. celery, diced fine and 1/4 c. onion, diced fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak shrimp in ice water for 20 minutes; drain.
Heat soup and cream cheese until melted.
Add gelatin and 1/4 cup of water. Put back on heat and blend.
Let mixture cool.
Fold in all other ingredients.
Pour into mold.
Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.
