Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) cans small cocktail shrimp, 1 can tomato soup, 3 tbsp. chopped celery (approximately 3 to 4 stalks), 1/2 c. chopped onions and 2 (4 oz.) bricks cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slightly oil 1 mold or Bundt cake pan.
Set aside.
Cook shrimp, soup and cream cheese (until smooth) over medium heat. Remove from fire.
Add celery and onions.
Melt gelatin in water per package directions.
Add to shrimp mixture.
Pour into mold.
Refrigerate.
