Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can shrimp (small, whole), drained or 1/2 lb. fresh, celery to taste, 1/2 c. water, 1 can tomato soup and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Knox gelatin and 1/2 cup water first and set aside.
Heat tomato soup and blend with cream cheese. Add all ingredients. Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with favorite crackers, etc. or may be served as a salad.
