Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. warm water, 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 8 oz. cream cheese, 3 tbsp. ketchup and 1 medium onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt cream cheese in ketchup over low heat.
Dissolve gelatin separately in warm water.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Cool 10 minutes.
Add onion, celery, green pepper, lemon juice, dry mustard and shrimp; blend thoroughly.
Fold in mayonnaise.
