Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes plain knox gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Knox gelatin with cold water.

Bring tomato soup, undiluted, to boiling.

Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

Cook 1 to 2 minutes.

In bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Tabasco and garlic salt.

Add tomato mixture to this, blending well.

Mix in chopped onion, celery and shrimp.

Spoon into a 6-cup mold and chill.

Serve surrounded by crackers.

Serves 35 to 40.

This will freeze.
