Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 can tomato soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, celery and onion. Blend well. Dilute gelatin in pan with undiluted tomato soup. Bring to a boil.
Pour over cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Add shrimp.
Grease mold with mayonnaise.
Pour in mixture.
Chill until set, preferably overnight.
Serve on wheat crackers.
