Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 2 cans small shrimp, chopped, 3/4 c. chopped celery and 3/4 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; set aside.
Blend cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until smooth (use wire whisk).
Add celery, onions, mayonnaise and gelatin to chopped shrimp; blend with rubber spatula.
Pour into large mold.
Make at least 1 to 2 days ahead.
Serves 15 to 20.
