Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. boiling water, 8 oz. cream cheese and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat soup until boiling.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add to soup, let cool.
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise, add to soup mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into buttered mold.
Chill overnight.
Unmold on bed of lettuce.
