Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, undiluted, 1 envelope knox gelatin, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 3/4 c. chopped scallions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat soup.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water and add to soup.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and pour into mold.
