Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. chopped celery and 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat soup to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cold water. Add gelatin to soup.
Beat together cheese and mayonnaise. Blend in soup mixture.
Add vegetables, shrimp and crab meat if using.
Fold into greased 1-quart mold.
Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
Makes 20 servings.
