Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. gelatin, 3/4 c. liquid, 3/4 c. chopped celery and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook shrimp in butter and sherry; save liquid (about 3/4 cup). Dissolve gelatin and microwave.
Beat cream cheese until softened and add gelatin.
Add remaining ingredients, chopped in food processor.
Pour into mold, sprayed with Pam.
Chill 1 hour. Serves 25.
