Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp (fresh or canned), chopped, 1 can tomato soup, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 pkg. lite cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Heat soup and stir into gelatin.
Cream cheese with a little milk until smooth.
Stir into soup-gelatin mixture.
