Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt tomato soup, gelatin cheese in top of double boiler.
Stir until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, celery and shrimp cut in bite pieces.
Pour into mold greased with mayonnaise. Chill overnight.
Unmold and serve with a variety of crackers.
