Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup (undiluted), 1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 cans tiny shrimp, well drained and 1 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring soup to boil.
Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Slowly add gelatin.
Add shrimp, celery and onion; stir.
Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes.
Add mayonnaise; stir.
Place in greased mold (3 1/2 cup mold) in refrigerator until firm.
