Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. tomato soup, 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 3 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

Heat soup to boiling point.

Dissolve cream cheese thoroughly in soup.

Add gelatin and cool.

Add mayonnaise, celery, onions and seasonings.

When it begins to thicken, pour a layer of mixture into oiled mold, follow with a layer of shrimp and continue until used.

Chill.

When ready to use, unmold with hot water.

Serve with crackers.
