Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 3 small cans shrimp, drained and chopped, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put tomato soup in 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and add gelatin and stir for 4 minutes.
Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Take off heat.
Fold in mayonnaise, celery, onion and shrimp.
Put into a 4 cup mold and chill overnight.
