Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 can tomato soup, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pour gelatin into cold water; set aside.
Chop the green pepper, onion and celery.
Put undiluted tomato soup into a pan. Add the cream cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is blended into the soup.
Set aside and cool.
Cut up shrimp and oil mold. Add gelatin to soup; mix together.
Add all other ingredients. Mix well; add to mold.
Refrigerate until molded and ready to use.
