Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shrimp (6 oz. each), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 can tomato soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. finely chopped onions and green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain and mash shrimp with a fork.
In a double boiler, cream tomato soup and cream cheese.
In a large bowl, mix celery, onions, shrimp and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Add soup mixture.
Add 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce and red pepper to taste.
Stir well.
Pour into well-greased mold and chill for 3 to 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Serve with crackers.
