Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 envelopes gelatin, 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and diced and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat soup and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
Add gelatin and stir until thickened.
Add other ingredients and seasonings to taste.
Pour into 1-quart greased fish-shaped mold. Chill overnight.
