Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. baby shrimp, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 envelope knox gelatin (unflavored) and 2 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thaw shrimp.
Melt together cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.
Dissolve Knox unflavored gelatin in cold water.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Add celery, green onions, mayonnaise and shrimp.
Mix well.
Put into mold or bowl.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
