Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. broken shrimp, 1 c. salad dressing (not miracle whip), 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 can tomato soup (undiluted) and 1 c. celery, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water; set aside.
Heat soup to boiling.
Add cream cheese; beat until smooth.
Add gelatin, shrimp, celery and onion, then salad dressing.
Chill 5 hours or overnight.
