Shrimp Melange
Shrimp Melange is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh or frozen shelled shrimp, 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, 5 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Cook artichokes according to package directions; drain.
Set aside.
For cheese sauce, in medium saucepan combine cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, and dash pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in wine; heat through.
Stir Swiss cheese into sauce till melted.
Set aside.
