Shrimp Kabobs
Shrimp Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, dash of pepper, pinch of garlic and pinch of parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper and garlic for 2 hours.
Place shrimp on skewers.
Place on hot grill a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve on bed of rice pilaf with vinaigrette salad on the side.
