Shrimp Flambé is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled, 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced and 1/2 c. rum, warmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Wrap each shrimp in bacon and fasten with toothpick.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Place in a chafing dish and pour warmed rum over shrimp; ignite.
Serve immediately.
