Shrimp Dip
Shrimp Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans small shrimp, 12 oz. cream cheese (allow to soften to room temperature), 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Warm soup.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
Mix gelatin/water into soup; cool.
With hand mixer, mix cooled soup/gelatin and all remaining ingredients, except shrimp.
Chop shrimp very fine in food processor and fold into mixture.
Pour into 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with Ritz or favorite crackers.
