Shrimp Dip
Shrimp Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in celery and onion.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mash shrimp with a fork and add to mixture.
Refrigerate several hours before serving. May be served with Fritos, Doritos or crackers.
May be prepared 2 days in advance and allowed to marinate.
Makes 1 quart.
