Shrimp Curry
Shrimp Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 2 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Melt butter in chafing dish or skillet.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
