Shrimp Curry
Shrimp Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, deveined, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and devein shrimp.
Melt butter in a large skillet and add shrimp.
Saute over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the soups and stir until blended.
Stir in curry powder, parsley flakes and sour cream.
Heat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
Serve on hot, fluffy rice.
