Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1 c. diced bell pepper, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery and 4 c. tomatoes (canned is fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry bacon; saute onion, celery and green pepper.
Add all remaining ingredients, except shrimp and cook 30 minutes or so.
Add shrimp that have been cleaned and shelled.
If shrimp are raw, let cook for about 10 minutes; if shrimp are precooked, let cook for about 5 minutes or just until shrimp are hot.
Serve over white rice.
