Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp, 2 onions, chopped, 6 stalks celery, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, chopped and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions, celery and garlic in large skillet.
Add Worcestershire, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper and water; simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and tomatoes; simmer 15 additional minutes.
Transfer to a large pot and add cooked shrimp.
Heat thoroughly.
Add rice.
Yield
6 to 8 servings.
