Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 bay leaf, 2 onions, chopped and 2 green peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter; add flour and cook until well blended.
Add bay leaf, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, thyme, green onions, salt, pepper and shrimp; mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes and water and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often, or until sauce is thickened.
Discard bay leaf.
Add Tabasco sauce. Serve over hot rice.
