Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. minced onion, 3 tbsp. melted butter and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add flour and blend.
Add tomatoes gradually; stir constantly.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf and parsley. Cook gently 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf and parsley.
Add shrimp and Worcestershire sauce.
Serve Shrimp Creole over rice.
