Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 1/4 c. parsley flakes, 3 tsp. salad oil and 1 tsp. cornstarch (add water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook onions in hot oil until tender.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and all seasonings.
Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Simmer again for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
You may cover while simmering last 15 minutes.
