Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp (i use frozen), 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 5 to 6 celery stalks, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
