Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, 2 lg. tomatoes, ripe, diced, 1 lg. onion, diced, 1 stick butter and 1/2 c. hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In deep frying pan, combine butter, diced onion, and diced tomato.
Saute on high heat until tomato starts to cook down.
Add hot sauce and shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring pan to mild boil and add cornstarch to desired thickness.
Serve mixture over a bed of rice and top with cheese.
Cheese should melt due to temperature of main dish. Serve.
