Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped celery, 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp. roasted garlic butter (land o' lakes) and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute the onion, celery, and bell pepper in the garlic butter until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir.

Cook until flour is no longer white. Watch it carefully to avoid burning. Add shrimp and cook just until shrimp turn pink. Add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, water, salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Serve over rice.

Makes about 6 servings.
