Shrimp Congealed Salad
Shrimp Congealed Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with . gelatin (in 1/2 c. cold water), campbell's tomato soup, small pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion juice and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat the undiluted soup and add and melt the cream cheese. When the cream cheese is blended, add the gelatin and stir well. Cool.
Add the onion, pepper, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp.
Pour into a mold if desired or into a square or oblong dish. Refrigerate.
